Fat: 51.65g | Prot: 93.34g | Carb: 203.65g.
Breakfast: Frosted Mini Wheats - Cinnamon Streusel, honey, Organic Flaxseed Oil, Salada 100% white Tea Tea Bags with caffeine, silk light. Lunch: Fish Oil, mayo-olive oil, minute maid pomegranate, nabisco triscuit, natures own , turkey . Dinner: Candied Sweetpotato, Carrots, Green Snap Beans, Sausage Cornbread Stuffing with Walnuts & Sage, Turkey Dark Meat (Fryer-Roasters). Snacks/Other: Cereal Bar - Chocolate, Ritz Snack Crackers.
