Lunch: Cooked Mung (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Rice, Cooked Spinach (from Frozen). Dinner: Cooked Okra, Mung Beans (Mature Seeds, Without Salt, Boiled, Cooked), Roti. Snacks/Other: 1% Low Fat Cottage Cheese, All bran bars - original, Almonds, Baby Carrots, Cauliflower, Garden Veggie Classic Dough Pizza (Walk-In), Green Tea, Mushrooms, Tea (Brewed), Walnuts.
