Breakfast: Black Forest Deli Ham, cheddar cheese slice, kroger english muffin, large egg, milk, protein powder. Lunch: 100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, cantaloupe, Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Organic Creamy Peanut Butter, Red Delicious Apple, Wild Flower Honey. Dinner: Beer, blue cheese dressing, celery, Sauce Spun Wings. Snacks/Other: 2% Fat Milk, Almonds , Banana, Popcorn Butter 100 Calorie Pop, Soft Chocolate Chip Granola Bars, Whey Protein Powder, Whey Protein Powder.
