Fat: 77.58g | Prot: 135.75g | Carb: 123.07g.   Breakfast: land o' lakes unsalted butter, maier's italian bread. Lunch: better 'n eggs, broccoli, chicken, onion, protein shake. Dinner: ball park angus, hormel no bean chili, potato hot dog roll, velveeta cheese.
