Fat: 70.88g | Prot: 127.67g | Carb: 239.25g.   Breakfast: roasted almond sensation, sierra mist, water, weight watchers multigrain. Lunch: hot sauce, tilapia, weight watchers peanut butter and chip delight. Dinner: baked chicken breast, kraft shells and cheese with bacon, welch's concord grape juice. Snacks/Other: Cheeze-It Baked Snack Crackers, weight watchers chocolate carmel bar.
