Fat: 48.46g | Prot: 90.75g | Carb: 112.16g.   Breakfast: bacon, coffee, Egg (Whole), grape jelly, LIGHT MULTI GRAIN ENGLISH MUFFIN, peanut butter. Lunch: canned chicken, mission carb balance, Real Mayonnaise. Dinner: canned chicken, Multi-Grain Flour Tortillas, valdalla onion. Snacks/Other: water melon.
