Breakfast: banana, fiber choice, fish oil supplement, general mills cherios, nonfat milk. Lunch: apple sauce, healthy one's cooked ham, o organics mild cheddar cheese. Dinner: bread sticks olive garden, chicken, pasta, white sauce. Snacks/Other: o organics raspberry, trader joe's oats & flaz.
