Yesterday was crazy busy! I got off work early and went shopping for a swim suit! The first one I've bought in at least 2 or 3 years! What a milestone! ...

Breakfast: fiber choice, fish oil supplement, o organic 1% milk, o organics raspberry, puffins. Lunch: baby carrots, banana, healthy one's cooked ham, o organics mild cheddar cheese, wasa whole wheat. Dinner: french fries, iceberg lettuce, ken's honey mustard, ketchup, salmon. Snacks/Other: Blueberry Oat Bar with Organic Blueberries.
