Breakfast: banana, fiber choice, fish oil supplement, o organic 1% milk, puffins. Lunch: baby carrots, healthy one's cooked ham, o organics mild cheddar cheese, wasa whole wheat. Dinner: Hoagie Sandwich Rolls, iceberg lettuce, ken's honey mustard, miracle whip, tuna. Snacks/Other: banana, fruit dimensions, green grapes, honey, trader joe's oats & flaz.
