Breakfast: bacon, egg, Spelt Bread. Lunch: Black Pepper Papadums (IndianLife Food Corp.), egg, feta cheese, Himalayan Cauliflower Stew, Marinated Lemon Pepper Tilapia. Dinner: brussel sprouts, lettuce, olive oil, steak, string cheese, tomato sauce. Snacks/Other: banana, low sodium v8, peanut butter adam's, strawberries, string cheese, whipped topping.
