Fat: 18.80g | Prot: 38.17g | Carb: 212.67g.   Breakfast: Brummel and Brown, coffee, egg, egg white, parkay, sugar free syrup, Sugar Substitute, Saccharin-Based, Liquid , Western Bagel. Lunch: carrots cooked from fresh, fat free blue cheese dressing, Honey , Laughing cow, Parkay Spray, potato. Dinner: All Bran Strawberry Medley, banana, strawberries. Snacks/Other: Blue bunny, celery, celery, fat free cool whip, honey bunches, Light Vanilla Soymilk, Slow Churned Cheesecake Diva Light Ice Cream.
