I walk 5 times a week ten minutes each time ( less sometimes). I have increase from o walking to two minutes, now I will increase very slowly, when I feel stronger then I will add more minutes, also I bought a small dvd player and two dance cd's. ( I dance, sort of for 10, 15 or thity minutes depending my energy level. this has helped me a lot,sometimes I do this three times a week other times once a week, I clean the house (ugh)or try to clean a small spot, anything that will help me to be active, I have fight tooth and nail to start, it is not easy. somedays I will not be able to do it, I use to give up and not take care of me.now I will push no mather what.
