I found the best way for cooking chicken and turkey breast. Some already know but it is new to me. Heat some oil (Pam)in a skillet. brown each side - then add 1/2 cup of water and cover for about 5 minutes. Turns out very juicy.

Eat three good meals a day. Do not skip. Starvation only KEEPS the weight on to survive. You feed your body and your body will learn to let go of the extra calories because it knows more is coming. EAT!
