Mayo Clinic Plan
Following the Mayo Clinic Diabetes Plan has been reasonably easy, with the exception of not eating in front of the computer/TV. It has been a real challenge, especially later in the evening. The first few nights, I replaced with fruit/veggies, but the last two evenings, I have stuck to the no eating while watching TV/working on the computer.
