The soup I have made, made me successful in the past, and I am willing to share my secret, that is very effective. (fyi: I have hypothyroidism, and it still works, slowly, but surely yes.)
Green bean noodle soup (similar ingredients to
a vietnamese dish called, "Pho")
1. one veggie cube bullion
2. 3 cups of water
3. 1 whole lime
4. a small handful of cliantro (chopped)
5. cubed tofu (soft preferred)
6. green bean noodles (any asain market carries these,
they are clear, and carries hardly any nutritional value,
but keeps you full).
Boil these all together.
I recommend adding the cilantro afterwards.
