Only eat things that you really like. If you "punish" yourself by eating low GI foods that don't satisfy you, it's more likely that you'll make it up to yourself by eating higher fat/sugary goodies.

Best tip on this diet so far. Truth is, you fall off the wagon pretty soon, if you force yourself to eat stuff you don't like, and will be much less likely to try again. Plus, there is a large variety of dishes on the GI diet, so there is no need, really.
