This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!

I like using the pedometer, set to "all day" mode.It will add up all the steps that you take around the house during the day (for those that can't get outside to walk), and you'll earn APs from your normal daily steps. You might be more active than you think you are! ;)
