Eating alot of vegetables 12-15g/day and drinking tons of water is the key.

Everybody is different - for me the key to going into ketosis, and staying there, was going to zero carbs for awhile. NANY does not work for everyone, unfortunately. I had to switch from NANY to Atkins '72 before I saw any results.
