Just because something is Sugar Free does not mean it is low carbohydrate! It's hard to satisfy a sweet tooth during the first Phase of the Diet so its tempting to eat "Sugar Free" snacks like pudding cups. An occasional indulgence would probably be okay, but don't get in the habit of wanting one every night after dinner, like me!
