A diet is nothing without exercise. It'll also make you feel so much better about yourself, as you get stronger and tolerate more activity. Even if you can't see the weight loss all the time, getting stronger and more athletically inclined is something more positive to focus on than "how many lbs have I shed this week" and the weight will start to fall off without you even realizing it.
