I found and LOVE Walden Farms sugar free calorie free carb free Original BBQ sauce. I marinate the chicken wings or parts in it for several hours and grill. It is wonderful and make me like chicken again. It is available in Price Chopper supermarket in Western MA but also online from Vitacost, where the price is a few cents more but if you buy other things the free shipping makes it worth it. Amazon charged more than twice the price. If I only receive one bottle, I will have plenty to say to them.

Their Honey BBQ sauce is very good as well. I always keep some on the shelf, as it's good with steak and ribs too.
