Current rating:  Eat lots of yummy veggies and don't be afraid of heavy whipping cream. It's wonderful to make a pumpkin smoothie, 5 net carbs or use almond milk unsweetened for less, or coconut milk from canned for even fewer. Truvia is wonderful and no carb count and very yummy and "natural".

ok, so truvia is no carbs? i thought it was one carb bacuase of the things added to it for clumping?
