If you make a mistake, write it down and then move on. At the end of your week or month, if you are not happy with your results, take out your list of mistakes, read them out loud, forgive yourself for your mistakes, state your intention out loud to yourself that you will do better on resisting those specific
things on your list. For each item, write a solution or alternative for each item. If faced with that temptation next time, pull out your list and do your alternative.:)
