Stand TALL, sit tall, hold in your stomach, pull you shoulders back, stretch your crown to the sky, and don't slouch. Posture makes a difference. We can appear to lose pounds instantly just by standing tall. The more we do it the stronger the muscles which hold us up become and the more we'll make it a habit.
