Mixing shake powder with goat's milk yogurt (topped with 1/4 cup berries of choice) is a great option for those who are lactose intolerant. Add 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract if needed. It's often cheaper and lower in sugar than buying vanilla flavoured yogurt.
