*No pop *Do not go over 1200 cal/day
*No red meat *Eat fruits/veggies EVERY DAY
*Exercise 4- 5 times a week *Drink lots of COLD WATER
* Most important:: Ask yourself "am I actually hungry?" If you don't know the answer, drink a large glass of water and begin a mild physical activity (cleaning the house, walking the dog) after 20 minutes, if you still feel hungry have a small meal <350 cal.
