GO VEGAN! (or vegetarian) Eat plant-based. Organic is best.

GET REAL. Be honest about what you eat. Use FatSecret & Calorie Counter tools.
Eat about 50% protein. Drink a lot (I enjoy good water & tea sweetened with Stevia. Too much protein can cause toxic levels of urea in the body, a la Atkins.
Burn more than consumed. Exercise. Find activities you enjoy doing. Exercise has hugely reduced my severe social anxiety and panic attacks.
