Spice up the foods with herbs, spices, extracts and broths. The food is good if you tweek it a bit. For example, I eat the eggs with hot sauce and a morningstar veggie sausage. This keeps me full until my next "meal" two to three hours later. Drink all of your water. For me that's a tough one but I make progress everyday. Track everything you eat and keep it with-in the ranges that the MF plan states you are allowed.
