Keep the carbs to 50g or less to go into super fat burning mode, and eat the bulk of those carbs right after daily exercise. Base every meal on a protein base of .7-1.0g/lb of bodyweight divided by meals per day, and don't fear the fat. Add in healthy greens and this diet is a no-fail path to success.
