Melonensalat mit Putenfilet

Ein frischer Salat mit Putenfilet und fruchtig, scharfem Dressing.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 50gr Melone, den Zitronensaft mit Salz und Pfeffer und Chilipulver pürieren und etwas Olivenöl dazu geben.
  2. Die restliche Melone kleinschneiden, Tomaten halbieren, Zwiebelringe schneiden und mit dem Dressing vermischen, etwas Dressing aufheben.
  3. Das Putenfilet scharf anbraten oder auch grillen.
  4. Den fertigen Melonensalat auf dem Blattsalat anrichten und das Putenfilet darauf drapieren.
  5. Das restliche Dressing auf das Fleisch tröpfeln und den Tellerrand verzieren. Fertig und guten Appetit.
