Omlette Tomate-Mozarella

Viel Eiweiß und total lecker. Ein essen fertig in 10 Minuten.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Eier, Salz, Pfeffer, Oregano und Paprikapulver verquirlen.
  2. Tomaten in Stücke schneiden und den Mozarella in Scheiben.
  3. Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und das verquirlte Ei in die Pfanne geben.
  4. Sobald das Omelette unten etwas fest ist, Tomaten verteilen und darauf den Mozarella legen.
  5. Pfanne mit Deckel schließen und solange garen bis der Käse verlaufen ist. Hier sind meist 5 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze ausreichend.

Viel Eiweiß, wenig Kohlenhydrate und echt lecker :)! Mache Omlettes oft mit Champignons oder Zucchini aber dieses Rezept ist eine tolle Abwechselung.

Heute das erste mal nachgekocht... seeehr lecker und einfach! Ich habe allerdings nur zwei Eier genommen - mit dreien ist es schon einer seeeeeehr große Portion, die ich nicht schaffen kann.
