End of Week 10. Down to 353.4. Not my best of weight loss week which is because the Sunday stuffed crust pizzas for dinner. It through the whole week off somewhat, but it tasted good and I would not take it back. The good I learned this week was how to get back to the basics of the Medifast program without adding so many extras which is the hardest thing to do. Overall, a weight loss is a defeat no matter how much. Next weigh in Friday my goal is to see the 340s. Hoping to see 349 for the first time in about 2 years.
353.4 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 173.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, they were. and I am continuing the challenge through the hardest part of the week; the weekend.
