It's amazing, that I can tell a difference in my legs just in the last few days. I'm sure it's not just from 1 week, but working out over time, however, it's just been lately that I've noticed my thighs have changed shape and feel more firm. Yay!

Last night my friend and I did the "100" workout and man, that is a workout:
Repeat 2x:
100 jump squats (or jumping jacks)
90 crunches
80 squats
70 leg lifts
60 jump squats (or jumping jacks)
50 crunches
40 squats
30 leg lifts
20 jump squats (or jumping jacks)

I'm hoping to get off a little early today so I can get home and do my workout, do dishes, walk the dogs, shower, pack and get out of town. It's always a process going out of town because I have to take the dogs to Greg's parents (if he's not around), which are 45 minutes the opposite direction. Better get back to work so I can leave!
118.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

That workout sounds intense! I'm glad you are seeing the results in your thighs because I know how motivational that can be. Good luck with fitting all those tasks into your day. Busy girl!

Wow! I love love love that workout! I may paste that into a document & keep it handy. Thanks. That routine is something I (we) could do in our hotel room during travel! Much gratitude.

I have your "100" work out in my Documents in the "W" folder. I will have to do the jumping jacks as a modification. The jump squats are a bit much for this body (made in 1956). But I like the "countdown" approach. You know -- the way the aerobics instructor used to say, "And 4 - and - 3 - and 2 - and 1."

The workout was intense, and my legs are a bit sore today, but that's how you know it's working, right? I know, the countdown makes it easier somehow!
