I really fell off the wagon with pizza, bday cake, candy, fast food, and no exercising. I don't know what's wrong but I can't quit. The best I can do is just keep logging my food and exercise & weight, and hope that something motivates me to get back in the game.
197.2 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
