Well, the damage from my vacation is recorded and official now. I guess I still have a lot to learn. There's nothing to do now except chalk it up as a learning experience and start back on the right track again.

I felt so sick by the end of my vacation from all the junk I was eating. I am actually looking forward to getting back on track. Time to flush all this crap out of my system!
278.4 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 118.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That's not so bad considering that eating is a major part of vacationing. You seem to lose 3# a week, so at the most this should all be off of you by the end of the month. But since, this is vacation food that your body has gotten out of the habit of eating, you might see most of it drop off this week. I'm routing for you!

I agree, this weight will come off quickly as soon as you get back on track. The good thing is that your body prefers to eat right rather than crap.

Thanks everyone! I have been berating myself for not following through with my eating plans for the vacation. I let external pressures influence my decisions rather than listen to my conscience which is something I am actively working to stop doing. But, I have to say that I am so grateful for everyone here and for this site. The weight will come back off and I suppose I was due for a blip on the weight history graph, hehe. Hopefully my Biggest Loser Challenge teammates will not be too disappointed. Still 2 more weeks to make a good showing in the final result.

Don't beat yourself too much. It happens. What counts, is that you are back on track, instead of losing complete control. Glad you enjoyed your vacation, not let's get to this. We all got work to do.. :P

This morning I was happy to see that I had lost 3lbs. in just one day. Sngglebnny - I think maybe you were right about the vacation food theory!
