Still focused and doing well. going to Sams club tomorrow to pick up some much needed items so that I can continue down this path of big weight loss. I am proud of myself, and with practice I am coming to master will power.
381.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 201.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1800 kcal Fat: 102.51g | Prot: 73.28g | Carb: 142.92g.   Breakfast: Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Apple Jacks with Apple & Cinnamon Cereal. Lunch: Pepperoni Pizza. Dinner: Lower Sodium Bacon, Tortilla Chips (Small), Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Yellow Corn Taco Shells, Sour Cream. more...
