I'm so happy to be maintaining!!! Especially after some of the junk I ate this week....the boot camp cycling class and about 100 miles of riding outside helped!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
