Disappointed that I gained back 3 lbs. but I hurt my back and it's been difficult to get my cardio in over the last three weeks. Hopefully the next week will be better.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
