I am also doing the vinegar and red grapefruit juice mixed together to eat away the belly fat recommended by Dr. Oz so I am loving how it is curbing my appetite, down to just two meals a day and very little snacking, if snacking at all, I also have to work on cutting out the orange soda's
221.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
