Ugghhh... I have to work harder at becoming healthy. I want to be beautiful on the outside as I am on the inside. I want to enjoy life without sweating just because I want to enjoy the outdoors. Tired of caring this weight around. I know what life events made me fall from grace. I have to learn to put myself first... Here I go...

Yep right there with you sweet wonderful lady. Put yourself first you are so worth. I am struggling like hell this is ridiculous and I feel like crap right now, not eating right. We know what to do both of us so no excuses... Love & {{{HUGS}}}
