Up a little bit, but TOM's been hanging around and I haven't been eating the greatest. Did a Turbo Jam workout last night, it felt great. I think my biggest hindrance about getting up and going to the gym in the mornings is that I like to sleep! So, I need to tell myself I also like when I'm in shape, healthy, and fit. Plus, set myself to a bed time/lights out. Guess this week is a new week!
119.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

Weight loss journeys seem to be a lot like an un-choreographed dance, sometimes we lead, sometimes we follow, sometimes we move forward, sometimes we move back. But as long as we make more steps forward than back, the rest doesn't matter. Making exercise a priority takes a lot of effort but it's so worth it. I can't imagine my life without it now. Keep at it!

What a neat way of putting it! Yes, you're right. I'm taking my exercise DVDs home with me for the weekend, maybe I can get my mom to do one with me! Happy Mother's Day.
