Restarting Induction, yesterday and the day before had too much carbs, more like a binge and I decided since I'm eating carbs, might as well go all out..I ended up getting sick & disgusted with myself..how could I do that?? I was working so hard and this morning the scale slapped me in the face with plus 4lbs.. I'm doing the egg fast starting today, maybe I'll do it for a few days and see how it goes..wish me luck1
