Ew. Not sure how that happened. But back to Extreme Fat Smash Week 1. It has been really hard for me to exercise because I'm at work 7:30-4:30, then walk the dogs. I have school Monday and Wednesday, my knitting group Thursday, and dance class Friday. I'd love to do better and get myself on a more regimented schedule. That's this week's goal.
Oh. We learned salsa in my dance class last week. I had a great time and at least that was an hour of exercise!
ETA: Looked at my weigh chart after the journal entry and AAAAHHHHHH! If that doesn't inspire me to lose the weight I don't know what will!
