I had a better week because I really focused on drinking enough water in ounces to equal half my body weight - so at least 120oz.
225.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 65.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

wow that is good.I really struggle with water intake.If im lucky i can get about 1.5L (50 oz).Keep it up!
