On Atkins for 10 days now. Starting weight: 215.8 lbs
Current weight 212. I've been keeping off the carbs and verifying my fat-burning status with Diastix. But this little weight loss in 10 days tells me something's not right. I think I've been going a little wild on the calories to stay satisfied. So today I got FatSecret and started keeping track.
Wish me luck (and resolve!)
212.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yea, even on Atkins, if you take in more than your burning off you can have a gain. But at least your going downward, so tracking should help. Good job~

Good luck! I am having exactly the same problem. I lost 60lbs (in 3 months) about 10 years ago but this time things are going so slow. Hang in there! From the looks of your menu you have PLENTY of resolve!!! Lol
