Well, I tested my will power and myself and won, not by a large win but nonetheless a win. I was able to limit myself to five servings of some delicious cream cheese and crab spread, and used red peppers for the dipping item. Plenty of nutrients with that choice. I was only supposed to do 2 to 3 servings, but 5 did not KILL me, and it was not the whole container which would have been 10 servings. So I think I did pretty well. I still have to get my fat take down since I am in fat burning mode, I do not need to be eating all the fat I can since I think I have enough stored already..lol. But I am happy that I did well yesterday. Still trying to aim for under 1300 calories. The normal medifast diet is 800 to 1000 calories, but that leaves my stomach howling at me all day so I had to revamp it somewhat to my liking. Am also loving Quiznos salads at the moment for a delicious dinner. But will only do them on Fridays starting next week to save on money. Stepped on the scale and I am 366.6. Just awesome. I am 1.6 pounds away from my very obtainable goal of reaching the midway mark of the 360s hoping to say goodbye to them altogether. My goal for next friday is to get down to 360 if not under. That may be an agressive goal, but I am gonna aim for it!
366.6 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 186.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

when your tummy is growlin...its burnin calories...an tellin you that its hungry...sometimes drinkin water will help...but usually if you just snack on somethin, then you can wait longer before eating a meal...way to go on a success of only eating 5 servings instead of 10...each meal, each day creates a habit of staying on track in a new healthy lifestyle...just be patient and stick with the plan...

Thanks. Yea, on medifast I eat every 2 to 3 hours...but since I work for 10 hours a day mon thru thursday, I tend to make it more on the 3 hour side so I can stretch out my meals before eating dinner since we only get 5 of medifast meals and one lean and green. It helps.
