So I am liking that the body fat is keeping stable right now for bulking.
Today got 8mm for pinch test > about 9.5 to 10.5% BF right now?

weird week. no workouts, ate taco bell #5 for lunch, and then ate out on friday night...now weighing less. water and glycogen lost this week? maybe I haven't gained much muscle yet after all. lets see... next week should be great. got a cold last week, gave some time to recover.
135.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
