I am loving my new elliptical machine. I have been on it since I got it 3 days ago and yesterday I made it to go a full hour. I think it has already made a big impact on how I feel and how I feel about myself. Endorphins are great! Exercising mid-day is nice too because the high lasts through the afternoon. I have to remember to stretch so I don't get too tight (first day I forgot).

I am doing a super-low calorie 3-day jumpstart (1200 or less) then going up to 1400 for 4 days. Will do a week of 1600, then repeat the first week and then a week "off". All the while low carb (60g NC or less) and gluten-free. Seems to work so far. I lost 4 lbs. I was reading up on the Rotation diet and while starting at a higher calorie count may not show as fast of weight loss, I am hoping it is something I can continue for a while. The original diet says 3 days at 600, 4 days at 900, a week at 1200, repeat the first week then a week off. I just don't want to risk slowing down my metabolism or lacking in nutrients.

Feeling pretty good. I have missed being able to exercise. Also when I exercise it motivates me to stick to a more restrictive diet.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
