Today is Day 1 on Fat Smash. Here we go! Did well for breakfast, had an egg scramble with peppers and tomatoes (are tomatoes allowed?). About to leave to go into Columbia for work and to meet up with PiscesRat and EMSKimmee to go hiking. It's going to be a long day since I'll be out of the house over 12 hours. I've packed my lunch and dinner and just need to throw in some snacks. Lost 1.2lbs from yesterday somehow, why couldn't I have been this weight for the challenge?!

So here's to a good weight loss this week!

Haha, I was thinking the same thing the morning. "Man, why couldn't that weight have waited until tomorrow to come off?!" But, it's not really a big deal. Hiking sounds great, and wonderful exercise. You are doing a great job.

you did a great job. I am having a hard time getting the fod in - water no problem. The exercise was fun!
