this is my basic diet daily except weekends!

2 x 50 grams Pronutro Cereal or 2 x blocks Weetbix Cereal + 1 tsp sugar + lowfat Milk
1 tsp sugar + lowfat Milk + 1tsp Coffee

2 x slices Brown bread with Tuna + Mayonaise (Tea)

water 1L by 12pm

2 x slices Brown bread with Tuna + Mayonaise (Lunch)
2 tsp sugar Milo/Coffee

1 x Apple (tea)

1 x Chicken/Fish , Veggies or Salad.(supper)

Water/Liquids 1L by 8pm
254.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've got this!! Try to make sure to have some different options so you don't get burned out on tuna.. and there's also conflicting information out there about how much tuna is too much (levels of mercury, etc.) - so make sure to give yourself a variety!! :) And yes, get your ass up off the couch. ;) Happy Friday!
